Set in a small private olive grove, this static mobile home is British made, so no need for adapters. It is fitted to a very high standard and covered by a wooden gazebo for extra shading during the summer months. It has a private drive with lockable gates, car parking and is totally secure thanks to a fenced perimeter. The town of Roquettes is a 5 minute drive with markets, bars, restaurants, leisure centre. The city of Tortosa is only a 10 minute drive. The River Ebro, famous for it's fishing is only a short drive.

There is a large, tiled patio area with seating and table for dining 'al fresco' along with an excellent purpose built BBQ area (in the style of Gaudi) The swimming pool is just a few metres from the patio, ideal for a refreshing swim and to keep a watchful eye on the children as they play. There is a secluded raised terrace near the swimming pool for those who don't want 'white marks' when sunbathing! There is also an outside shower and toilet by the pool. Babysitting can be arranged if requested and we are happy to offer guided outings.

The accommodation comprises

Kitchen: 4 ring stove, fridge, grill, hob, oven. It is fully equipped with the items you would need, e.g. cutlery, crockery, glasses, bottle opener, pans, toasted sandwich maker.

Living Room: Fireplace, living area seating for 6 people.

Dining: The dining area has seating for 6 people inside and there is a large BBQ and outside seating area on the terrace.

Bathrooms: 1 shower room, 1 WC with handbasin. Pool side shower room with WC and handbasin.

Bedrooms: 3 bedrooms sleeping a maximum of 6 people (7 including 1 child); 1 double, 2 twin rooms and 1 pull down child's bed.

All rooms have plenty of storage. Facilities include an iron and ironing board, small hoover, fans, air conditioning and heating.

There is a television (with satellite TV), DVD player, radio, various books and children's toys.

Prices for 2011

Children welcome, long term renters welcome, pets considered. Unfortunately we are inaccessible to wheelchairs (other accommodation in the area is available with wheelchair access, please ask)

The prices shown are for the whole property, which sleeps a maximum of 6 people. If you have a larger party please contact us for deatils as we may be able to accommodate you.

A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to secure your booking. The balance is payable on arrival in Euros.

Change over days are flexible. You are not restricted on when your stay starts and finishes.
